Self-Care

The only "self"-care you need to do is to get yourself there, we will take care of the rest. Everything is included and curated for you.

THE PROGRAM

Self-Love Program

Every day you will be guided through a carefully curated Transformational Group Exercises that will take you on a journey of re-discovering and amplifying your own beauty, abilities, gifts, and tapping into your own innate wisdom and strength. 

Through this journey, you’ll cultivate a greater sense of compassion and acceptance toward yourself,  and re-write your self-image through more empowering narrative.

And as you embrace deeper self-acceptance and celebration,

you will heal some past wounds and rediscover your wholeness.

And with that you’ll invite more inner peace, confidence, satisfaction into your soul,  and more joy and happiness into your life.

Retreat Center

The Arc is a small private retreat center not far from the center Ubud, Bali, yet totally quiet and secluded. 

We’ve chosen it for the location near nature walks, amazing yoga centers and great vegan restaurants, as well as an easy point of start to waterfalls and other adventures, and also because it’s owned by 2 amazing women who has built it with loving care and attention to all of the details. It supported by the staff of highly trained team to insure you have an amazing experience. 

The Arc, has 8 rooms, each can be set up as a room for one person or a shared room for two (see options below), a kitchen with an amazing chef, a common open air dinning, a cozy open air living room, a sparkling swimming pool, a yoga chalet, a fire pit with comfortable sitting, an infrared sauna, an ice-bath.

LODGING

All rooms have ac, in-suit bathroom, bottled water service, in room diffusers and hot water kettles

If you are coming with a friend, please let us know, and we will place you in the same room, if traveling solo, but choosing a double room, we will pair you with someone awesome.

(2x Single beds)
$2,900 per person

  • All prices are USD and per person. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 will secure your spot, another $1,000 by December 20th, and the remaining balance will be due by January 15, 2024.

  • Lodging, 8 nights at the Ark Ubud Bali

  • Daily Transformational group coaching

  • 3 vegan or vegetarian meals a day + coffee/ tea, juices and fruit

  • Daily gentle Yoga or breathing practice to ground nervous system (no experience is necessary)

  • All excursions ( 2 waterfall excursion and a day at the beach with a picnic)
  • A traditional Balinese water cleansing ceremony
  • A welcome massage and a flower bath at a spa
  • A Shirodhara head massage with tibetian sound bowls
  • An Ice bath ceremony
  • A final flower ceremony

  • Transportation to and from the airport

  • A  welcome bag  with special gifts to enhance your experience ($100 value)

  • We will cover gratuity for  The Ark staff, but you are free to leave additional gratuity if you desire

  • A one-on-one session with Nadia during the retreat to deepen your inner journey and clarify and arising questions – $300 (only 3 sessions available)
  •  

  • An airfare 

  • Any additional spa treatments that are outside of the group program

  • Travel insurance (not required but strongly recommended)

  • Additional nights of stay

  • Meals outside of the retreat
