- Identify strengths and weaknesses: You will recognize your strengths and leverage them in pursuit of your goals. Acknowledge your weaknesses and either work on improving them or find ways to compensate for them.
- Identify and cultivate your fertile ground: The environment and relationships that helps you physical, mental, and emotional well-being, ignite your feeling of inspiration, joy and empowerment.
- Make conscious choices: Learn the skill and practice being mindful of the decisions you make in different areas of your life, such as career, relationships, and lifestyle. Strive to make choices that align with your authentic self and contribute to your overall happiness.

I have a dream
